This course provides struggling students with a foundational review of Algebra I concepts, such as linear and quadratic functions and systems of equations.  Students then expand their repertoire by working with rational and exponential expressions; polynomial, rational, and exponential functions. Students will explore the expressions that define the functions and expand their abilities to model situations and solve equations.  Graphing functions, interpreting key features of the graphs, understanding values of functions, and extrapolating data from a graph are also goals of this course.
