• Mrs. Walker’s Class Expectations

    Entering the classroom

You must be seated at the time the bell rings.  River Dell Middle School policy requires that you arrive to class on time.  Three tardies = one detention

    In class

You are expected to remain seated and pay attention at all times during lectures.  During other activities, remain on task.

Please turn in all work ON TIME

Late work will recieve 50% credit the next day (unless reviewed in class and then no credit will be assigned).

Major assignments (essays and projects) will receive a 10 point per day deduction up to a maximum of 2 days.

In this class we are respectful of others.  During class discussions please be respectful of all comments and ideas, even if they differ from yours.

    Exiting the classroom

You may leave the class when the bell rings, not before.  Throw away all trash and push in your chairs as you leave.  AT NO TIME WILL YOU GET OUT OF YOUR SEAT AND LINE UP AT THE DOORWAY!!
