How do I log into Genesis?

How do I get my Genesis username and password?
All families are emailed a Genesis welcome letter upon entering the River Dell Regional School District. This email includes your username and password. Please keep your login information in a safe place, as you will use this account throughout your child/children's time at River Dell.
I can't remember my username and/or password. How can I retrieve it?
If you are unable to retrieve your information, please contact [email protected] and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your child/children's full name (first and last)
- Your child/children's grade
- Your primary email address
- Your primary phone number.
My contact information has changed. How do I update my contact information on Genesis?
It is very important to maintain current emergency contact information for your child\children at all times. Please review the information on the CONTACTS screen. Once you have determined if updates are necessary, kindly print out the CONTACTS page, update any changes, sign it and return the form to the Registrar via email at [email protected] or by mail to River Dell Middle School, Attn: Nancy Boettger, 230 Woodland Avenue, River Edge, NJ 07661.
How do I switch from one child's information to another child's information in Genesis?
The name of the currently selected student is displayed in the 'Select Student' dropdown at the top of the screen. To pick a different student, click the 'Select Student' dropdown and choose the name of the student you want to select. Once you have done that, the tabs will take you to the newly selected student's information.
This dropdown list contains the names of all the students that you have access to. If you are missing a student, please contact [email protected]
I have a child in Roosevelt / Cherry Hill / New Bridge Center / Oradell Public School and need assistance accessing the Parent Portal. Can you help me?
Unfortunately, our Genesis Parent Portal only allows access to River Dell Middle School and High School students. For questions regarding your elementary school's parent access, please contact your child's elementary school.
Can I notify the school of my child's absence through Genesis?
