Please follow the instructions below for your microphone issues.
First right click on the speaker icon.
Once you click on the speaker icon this menu will come up and you will need to select “ open sound settings”.
Make sure as you speak you can see the level in the below picture moving up and down. If level is not moving follow the next picture.
Please click on sound control panel.
Select the recording tab as well highlight the internal microphone and click on properties.
As you can see in the levels tab, if the icon highlighted is unable please enable the icon to looks like this. This should solve the issue, either by checking the test your microphone or opening voice recorder.
