When having One Note sync issues, please close the local copies of your notebooks and instead open them in the web-based Office 365 One Note.
In the One Note app, right-click the notebook you want to close and select “Close This Notebook”. Make sure you’re right-clicking the Notebook and not a Section or a Page:
Open up your web browser, either Chrome or Edge on student laptops. Type “office.com” in the address bar and hit enter:
When that page loads, you’ll see all the different Office 365 apps you have access to:
Click on Teams:
From there you will be able to access all your Class Notebooks in Teams without having to worry about files syncing:
