If you receive an email that you suspect is a Phishing attempt, please use the Report function in Outlook to alert us.
In the web browser version of Outlook the button is prominently featured under "Home":
In the Outlook app you'll find the button under the 3 dots all the way to the right of the "Home" ribbon:
